The Philosophy:
The Horizon Mandate
"In the search for knowledge, there are no borders. In service to society, the sky has no limit."
Horizon Impact Advisory grew from a twenty-one-year journey — and from the Horizon Prize, handmade for our founder by Professor Low Cheng Hock in 2005. We believe the true measure of success is the good it does for others, across generations. Our purpose is simple: to help people turn success into a lasting legacy, and to raise people up along the way.
"Seeing Jin Hui institutionalize this spirit through Horizon Impact Advisory is the ultimate realization of the Horizon Prize legacy — raising people up in the service of mankind and towards excellence in service."
— Professor Low Cheng Hock

About
Lucas Ang didn't start at the top. The son of a taxi driver, he came up through the Normal (Technical) stream, ITE, and polytechnic before earning an honours degree at NUS and studying in Silicon Valley through the NUS Overseas College.
Along that climb, a teacher — Professor Low Cheng Hock — handed him a handmade prize inscribed with four words he never forgot: the sky has no limit. It became the belief behind everything he builds, and the name of this firm.
After a career across economic development, a Silicon Valley venture, and private wealth, Lucas founded Horizon Impact Advisory to help families and business owners look beyond the next transaction and toward the next generation. Through Horizon Impact Academy, he also speaks and mentors on resilience, social mobility, and purposeful living.
His measure of success isn't the size of a portfolio. It's whether what we build lasts — and lifts people up.
